So what you’re basically saying is STEPHEN COLBERT IS A LIAR 1) the last show was pre-taped and reviewed by CBS so obviously they had approved the licensing for peanuts 2) the Monroe video where nobody knew in advance hearing the day after Colbert’s last show and nobody knew he would be hosting it so probably averaging a couple thousand viewers Was not blocked by CBS and viewed in full when live streamed CBS put a strike on it indicating use of copyrighted material so it couldn’t be spread on other social media sites And the next day when it came out that CBS had put a strike on it the company reviewed the video and determined it was not warranted and removed the strike Otherwise, it probably would’ve been weeks before YouTube would’ve themselves reviewed it and made the determination Like they do for copyright claims on recordings played on YouTube Some more than likely, CBS saw Stephen Colbert name on some video and they thought it was copyrighted material since Stephen Colbert never officially announced.
