So I called customer service and the guy was RUDE and interrupted me when I was trying to explain my situation. Insisted it was my hardware and not xfinity which is false but whatever I solved it ON MY OWN because their customer service is complete garbage. #endrant

Wi-Fi has been shit so far. They blamed our router but that doesn’t make sense since we never had issues with it at our old house. Also woke up the other day to no Wi-Fi and had to re-activate with the stupid xfinity app. It’s a piece of crap.

Comcast sent me a survey about my experience...my response: completely dissatisfied. #Monopoly
