@CostaCoffee why does your app to@order coffee never work? Order to be organised I get to the store it’s never ready or they have my order on top it took so long to make I got a parking ticket! Brilliant

@PostOffice Hi holly, it was ec1m 3jb I was served by Deepti Patel, I did complain to the manager and I will be formally making a written complaint as her customer service was awful! Unfortunately it’s the closest post office to where I work so I have to go there

Recieved the WORST customer service at the post office in Farringdon! Staff member called me an idiot and absolutely humiliated me in front of other customers for absolutely no reason what’s to ever, rudest ever considering I go in there daily 🙄
