Over the last six months/26 weeks by eating better, a bit of portion control, more fruits, vegetables, and nuts for snacks, along with some additional walking I have lost a bit over 39 lbs., which averages out to be a pound and a half per week.

Can someone explain to me why my dear home city of New York owns no snowblowers? How about the 41 Neighbhorhood Development Associations who are responsible for helping businesses? The Dept of Transportation could buy 300 of them and stage them for use right before a big storm. Jezz.

@devorahf Yes, being on the west coast likely causes extra issues early in you day. I do not mind e-mails since my phone never pings me when they cone in it is the texts that do. I figure if family or friends are texting in the middle of the night there likely is a problem.

@jfc3 Are you still work with people and other time zones so it's not unusual at all for me to receive messages while I'm sleeping. No it's pretty well programmed not to ping me out loud at night but I don't really sleep that much at night anymore.

Does your family and friends respond to text messages 15 or 20 hours later or maybe a day or two later between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM or 11:30 PM and 3:00 AM when most people are sleeping that might not turn on or forget the Do Not Disturb function on their phone?

Well I managed to delete many, many, many years worth of bookmarks in Chrome. Thought I was removing the folder from the Bookmark bar, but it was from my bookmarks. It would have been nice to warn me/double-check Chrome before doing so. Tried all the things. I am sad but over it.
