As of today I’m down 55 lbs, since the Tuesday after Labor Day to 299.4 lbs.
I have done this by walking, more fruits and vegetables, better snack choices, smaller portion sizes, and healthier meals.

Over the last six months/26 weeks by eating better, a bit of portion control, more fruits, vegetables, and nuts for snacks, along with some additional walking I have lost a bit over 39 lbs., which averages out to be a pound and a half per week.

Can someone explain to me why my dear home city of New York owns no snowblowers? How about the 41 Neighbhorhood Development Associations who are responsible for helping businesses? The Dept of Transportation could buy 300 of them and stage them for use right before a big storm. Jezz.

zohran mamdani gave out $35 per hour to shovel snow to any person, so naturally each side walk intersection is now being shoveled by like 7 ppl. this is exactly how the government operates: without thinking about any second order affects & also because spending other ppl’s money (tax) is super duper easy. show me the incentives & i will show you the outcome.
