@agoda any chance of you actually having some form of customer service and getting back to me on a booking you incorrectly cancelled, then proceeded to charge us a cancellation fee?
@agoda the worst customer service. Arrived in Tokyo to be told Agoda cancelled our hotel (outside of policy) and they are now not refunding cancellation charge when we then stayed in the hotel as per booking. Won’t answer emails and can’t get through on the phone. @agoda call me
