@British_Airways your app/website doesn't let me add a hold bag to my booking (error after payment) and your call centre it too busy for calls. I don't want to pay the increased cost at the airport, can you please help?

@British_Airways I’ve booked flights for a wedding which has been cancelled due to COVID-19 in June. Please can I claim a voucher for this to rebook for the rearranged wedding date? This is after your current 31st May cut off

@agoda the worst customer service. Arrived in Tokyo to be told Agoda cancelled our hotel (outside of policy) and they are now not refunding cancellation charge when we then stayed in the hotel as per booking. Won’t answer emails and can’t get through on the phone. @agoda call me

@British_Airways unbelievably bad customer service. Contacted you 2 months ago - case ID 19116238 and chased since - still no response. Loyal customer and black BA ammex holder but can't even get a reply. Ridiculous. Will taking to twitter get a reply?
