@NoahCRothman It is highly likely that 90% of the citizenry did not see or hear this speech. Only two sympathetic cable channels carried it. BBC America and Bloomberg carried it. No networks and no Fox News. It won’t move the needle one bit.

@JonathanTurley 100% Politics - plain and simple. The lack of coordination on the messaging amongst all these government groups is actually irresponsible.

...The contrast to what is being said inside and outside the court by the Administration erodes confidence that these decisions are driven by actual science as opposed to politics.

The Justice Department just declared that it will appeal . . . if the CDC thinks the mandate is still necessary. Just a couple days ago, the DOJ was still maintaining that the mandate was needed to protect public health...
