In talking to coaches this week I had three including two in the top 20 tell me that their teams “just needed to start HAVING FUN again.” Never let the pressure of performance and the stress of outside influences TAKE AWAY your EXCITEMENT to COMPETE !!

Be grateful for TOUGH wins, they're more valuable than big wins. Be strong after TOUGH losses, they're lessons that lead to MORE wins.

PLAYERS: Develop a routine prior to your practice! Form Shooting, Stationary Handle Work, etc...All GREATS have a routine!

The best players want excellence demanded of them. Do you want to be coached hard, or do you want your coach to leave you alone?

EVERY player goes to team practice - IT'S REQUIRED! It's what you do outside of what's required that separates you from the rest.

PLAYERS: The sooner you understand you must WORK & INVEST in yourself the better off you'll be. Shortcuts won't work in the long run!

A baller without qualifying grades is like a brand new Benz without an engine. It looks good on the outside but thats it. People are going to look at it and admire it, but at the end of the day it will still be at the same spot.
