I have absolutely had it with this administration (to be clear, I’ve had it with them since November 8th, 2016) but this TSA/PreCheck stuff is seriously pushing me over the edge.

Layoffs are always hard, but layoffs before the holidays strike me as even more cruel. My entire LinkedIn feed right now is full of talented individuals who got laid off from PowerSchool, which has been a trusted edtech name for decades. This is just disappointing.

@ode2snow @sage_stage Yes! The CREEP! We had our open house the day before contract started with no plan to “reimburse” us for the 5 hours that we spent at meet the teacher unpaid.

@sage_stage It's all part of the CREEP into time that is unpaid, one reason I left my most recent position. Volunteering is one thing, but expecting everyone to use their own money or unpaid time to teach is unacceptable. And it doesn't make anyone a bad person to stop the madness.

I ignored my emails all July and August up until now. Just checked yesterday for the first time to see the back to school plan. I've already missed some deadlines for some district things. We are not paid to keep up with our emails over the summer
