Happy N.Year everyone and thank you all for your concern over my left eye. It’s nothing serious, just an infection. I did think about wearing an eye patch, but the boss said no! A bit like Long John Silver. He wasn’t having any of it! Cheers.

I got a phone call during the show to say my mum took ill this morning after falling overnight . I’m just letting you all know that’s why I left early . Mum will always come first.

That video from the Princess of Wales has really riled me. How many other cancer patients have walked through corn fields with their hair flowing behind them? It really belittles and trivialises what many, many people go through. It's bloody hard, not sweetness and light!

Had this hand delivered letter by TV licensing today threatening me with risk of prosecution I’ve not paid TV licensing for years Good luck, you won’t be getting a penny out of me!
