Nixon was given a warning but is refusing to leave. The press got escorted out, so we can’t see what’s happening in the Capitol now.

Veterans for America First just endorsed Jay Collins for Florida governor. The same organization that stood with Trump before anyone else did. Collins lost his leg in Afghanistan. Came back anyway. Now sheriffs across Florida are lining up behind him. Donalds leads every poll. But endorsements like this change races. Florida, what are you thinking?

@thomasjuneau The real problem here is not Trump. He's merely a symptom. The real problem here, is that so many Americans are so substantially below the education standard of every other Western democracy. Were that not the case, Trump would never have been elected in the first place.

Trump's performance in China has been a unique, extraordinary and embarrassing combination of weakness, obsequiousness, lack of preparation, amateurism, and incompetence. It just seems normal because we've become desensitized by the constant circus.

I'm oddly at peace with the Thomas Massie race- it feels like there will be real positive change even if there's an unfortunate upset on Tuesday (which I hope doesn't happen). If Massie wins- it proves that even overwhelming outside spending, 5-to-1 against him, can't always deliver victory for foreign-linked interests or their proxies. It also shows that no one, not even Trump, can simply pout and primary every lawmaker who dares to disagree, even in a deep-red district. If Massie loses- it becomes a powerful wake-up call for Americans about how broken and money-dominated our elections are and how much of our foreign policy has slipped out of our control. That harsh reality *could* finally spark real reform and awareness we desperately need. Either way- the outcome strengthens Massie’s long-term trajectory. I believe he’ll run for president one day and I still suspect he wins on Tuesday.
