Like I have said before, the fluffing and waffling of the Mullahs in Tehran and Khamenei's FATWA over NUCLEAR DETERRENCE was an existential mistake whose ramifications Iran may live to regret. Because what is at Stake is nolonger the bluff about Iran's Nuclear Weapons, support for Hezebollah, etc, but the very survival of AMERICAN HEGEMONY. See, for over 50 years now(1973/74), first; Saudi Arabia, then followed by the OPEC group; ALL OIL EXPORTS would henceforth be priced exclusively in U.S dollars; away from the Gold Standard. And the surplus oil revenues would be recycled into U.S TREASURY SECURITIES. This would be in exchange for for U.S military protection of these Gulf States. Hence THE PETRODOLLAR become the bedrock of AMERICAN GLOBAL HEGEMONY. Then, America attacked Iran, but failed to subdue it. Then Iran siezed the Strait of Hormuz....and allied with China and Russia, morphed into a new REGIONAL POWER. And recently, Iran decreed thus: Henceforth, every single drop of Oil that passes through Hormuz must be paid for, not in AMERICAN DOLLAR, but in CHINESE YUAN! And here, we are talking of 25% of global oil exports and perhaps even another 15% that passes through RED SEA's Strait of Bab el Mandeb, now under Houthis fire. That would be almost 40% of global Oil. So it's not accidental that Starmer in U.K fell and was replaced by a guy who has now opened up its bases to U.S bombers, etc. So we now see B-52, 18B-1 Lancer bombers being fuelled in the U.K ready for action in Iran! The build-up of U.S Forces and assets going by all the credible sources is vast. European powers are evacuating staff from Embassies and closing up. But Iran, too, is digging in; preparing for DOOMSDAY IF NEED BE! That is where the World stands now; AT THE PRECIPICE/BRINK! Unless Iran comes up with an EXISTENTIAL DETERRENCE in days, or weeks, which may reduce the American appetite for aggression; it may not survive in its current state.

The case Rukwago was accused of by Makindye Magistrate court was Misprision of Treason. This is a case of someone having knowledge of treason being planned but he/she does not report it to authorities and if he is proved guilty the maximum sentence is imprisonment for life.
