Just so we are ALL CLEAR on what happened today... Educators and school administrators single-handedly CANCELLED SCHOOL for 700,000 North Carolina students... ...INCLUDING MY SON!!! To wave signs around in the street instead. The signs vary from: a) F**K ICE!!! b) Defeat Trump's Agenda c) Trump is a N*ZI d) ICE OUT!!! e) Protect trans kids f) Refuse fascism g) Stop bombing schools DO NOT TELL ME THIS WAS ABOUT KIDS. IT NEVER WAS. This was ADULTS using 700,000 children, INCLUDING MINE, as political leverage against a president they don't like. That is despicable. You know better... DO BETTER.

My friends, PRAYER WORKS. My sweet wife is doing remarkably well considering just two days ago how bad off she was. Yesterday she turned a corner in her pain and today she’s still very sore but is even better to a point she is actually up a little using crutches. We are grateful for all the love and support. I count my blessings every day because of her. Seeing her like this the past couple days hasn’t been easy for our kids or myself but our family’s faith rests in the Great Healer. And HE’S ANSWERED. So... word has gotten out that my sweet wife was bitten by a large copperhead last night. When it happened, we rushed her to the ER. The staff at our local hospital were absolutely amazing. They were responsive, kind, very helpful, and overall fantastic. Our biggest concern was the possibility of it not getting better and having to use the anti-venom, which carries its own risks, along with the potential for an extended stay. Fortunately, things stabilized, her vitals were steady, and they sent us home. We're not out of the woods yet, though. She is in a lot of pain, probably more than I’ve ever seen her in. We’re a busy family with a lot going on right now, but we truly cherish your prayers and are grateful for all the support, texts, calls, emails, and well wishes. We love y’all. Keep praying. Charlotte Citizens should have a clear understanding of Crime in Charlotte. Sadly what we get is a jumbled mess of 1/2 truths and conflicting dates, addresses, crimes and victim names. The Mayor claims "By and large Charlotte is a safe City". The new police chief Estella Patterson tells us crime is down. Using CMPD's own data there is seldom continuity and there are more homicides so far this year than last year. Local new media only reports what CMPD feeds them. So to get real numbers you have to look beyond the inadequacies of CMPD CrimeMapper the incompetency of the CMPD PIO. In short you can pretty much ignore CMPD's "Our Pledge to You".

🚨 BREAKING: MINNEAPOLIS MOB THREATENS TO KILL O’KEEFE — ICE BOTTLES THROWN, FOLLOWED, AND OMG TEAM UNDER ATTACK. My team and I are in downtown Minneapolis right now. We still have undercover reporters inside the mob. I was at the scene of the shooting this morning and barely made it out alive. Hundreds surrounded us. They were throwing ice bottles, ripping off my bulletproof vest. They even followed us all the way back to our hotel. As all of this was happening, we received death threats via text. Pray for our team out in the field. We are reaching a boiling point in this country.
