My @duolingo streak is over 3.5 years, but I’m done. Pushing the upgrade to “Max” (despite already paying for the app) just for basic language instruction is the last straw. Really awful product decision, Duo. Any thoughts on alternatives? @babbel? @rosettastone?

@jimpren @PHXSkyHarbor I do understand your frustration Jim. Normally, our inventory of cars is more than sufficient to meet confirmed reservations. On occasion, customers don't return their vehicle as expected, thus resulting in shortages that cannot be overcome immediately. -Sam
