Hi @British_Airways my flight is at 17:05 not 16:05. It does not engender confidence when your software folks can’t figure out presenting GMT vs BST to the user. Who even tests this stuff? Your app is terrible and your back end abysmal. You have to do better.

@British_Airways I'd happily exchange emails with your software team. But this one is pretty straightforward to understand. Timezones are hard, but they've messed up.

@British_Airways Obvs I’m not going to publicly post that (though it’s not hard to figure out). But I can confirm this happened today in the UK and a few weeks ago in Germany. Your app and backend are buggy. But demonstrating the bugs via Twitter never seems to get anywhere.
