@AirFranceUS WORST AIRLINE EVER!!! Lost my luggage then after locating it - you want to take FOUR DAYS to deliver it to me. I have no clothes or shoes for my entire 4 day stay in Capri. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

@airfrance we came to Capri for my 40th birthday celebration but you lost my luggage in Paris on 10/16 which was located that same night. But I’m being told it cannot be delivered to me until 10/20 which is the day I leave Capri? WHY??? YOU RUINED THIS ENTIRE TRIP!!!
