For anyone coming to the World Cup & priced out of Boston hotels. Had a look into the local Cabot Lodge in Beverly, MA on my walk. Quite boutiquey, small rooms would be good for 1 or 2. - 5 min walk from Beverly Station - 5 min walk to Atlantic - Great restaurants/cafes
