The superintendent of my school district told me that all his money goes to ESL interpreters for students. Je has to keep on the payroll, ready to go, people that speak something like 120 languages - whether he uses them or not.
They should not have one-on-one interpreter aides. They should be forced to use English full immersion. This is why they never learn English. We make it easy not to.

The federal and state workforce that oversee and administer Medicaid just do not care. Fire them all. Turn them out with no pension. If they complain, put them in prison.
