I’m sick of hearing from RINOs that Settelmeyer should win CD-2. I find him absent in this campaign. He’s trying to sit on an old job. He hasn’t been active in Washoe County since 2022. So how does he understand our current environment? His major opponent, Flippo, has been swimming in our pond, hearing from the citizens about our problems. He’s smart and engaged. He knows our issues. Calling him a carpetbagger is silly. He’s lived in Nevada 12 years. Congressmen represent our entire state. He’s well-connected with the people he would be working with (unlike Settelmeyer). Many rural people have embraced him. Wake up! Flippo is the man we need.

Yesterday’s meet and greet at my home in Reno was incredible. I am grateful to the more than 100 patriots who came out to join us. Everywhere I go, voters tell me they want a representative with real Nevada values who will fight for life, defend the Constitution, protect our freedoms, and stand with President Trump’s America First agenda.

Tonight’s attack at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner is another sickening reminder that left-wing political violence has become one of the gravest threats facing America. For years, liberal extremists, Democrat politicians, and their allies in the media have called President Trump a dictator, a fascist, and a threat to democracy. Those words have consequences. When the Left spends every day dehumanizing President Trump and the millions of Americans who support him, unstable people hear that message and act on it. This has to end. Every American, regardless of party, should condemn this attack immediately and unequivocally. There is no excuse, no justification, and no political spin that can make violence against President Trump, his family, his supporters, or any public official acceptable. I thank the brave men and women of the United States Secret Service and law enforcement who acted with speed, courage, and professionalism tonight. Their response protected President Trump, the First Lady, and countless Americans in that room. God is protecting President Trump. He has survived what no man should have to endure, and he continues to stand strong for the American people. Tonight, we pray for President Trump, his family, the agents who protected him, and the future of our country.
