We had a little fun during our lifts today in athletics… Took 225lbs for a ride 25 times. I thought I was 17 again for a second. Now my shoulder is paying for it 😂

The last 4 years at The A has been an honor. It has taken me a week to process last week’s lost. Hated losing in the fourth round but must take pride in making it every year I have been here. I have no doubt that the guys that remain on this team will just reload and make it back and further, and that the Seniors will go on to do great things and be better because of Atascocita. Thank you to all my coaches especially my HC @craig_stump for allowing me to represent the team as Team Captain in some of our most important games and DC @Coach_Donelson for giving me an opportunity. A special thanks to @CoachTDunson for being a firm but fair coach. Always pushing me to be a better player and helping me be a better a person. Thank you for always having my back and keeping the tradition the tradition.
