@NVila3610 @RyanSmithHockey @MarkDivver I believe you are correct. This was similar to last year with Snuggarud and why he would not have been eligible to be assigned to Springfield. If a college player signs an ELC with year one starting that same season post trade deadline they are not eligible to be assigned.

Have to believe if Buffalo finishes polishing up Boston this week, Lukas Reichel and James Hagens will be in the Providence lineup for the T-Birds/P-Bruin series. Not like Prov needed any more offensive depth... But these 'Birds won't be intimidated, I assure you.

Even though Providence Bruins finished 38 points ahead of Springfield in the regular season, I expect the P-Bruins to have their hands full with the Thunderbirds in their upcoming best-of-five

Dillon Dube was released from his PTO with AHL-Springfield and has signed an AHL contract to remain with @ThunderbirdsAHL the remainder of the 2025-26 season. Dube has 20 points (10G-10A) in 28 games with Springfield this season. @InsideAHLHockey

I’m starting to notice a trend where the Red Sox think they’ve done all that’s necessary to acquire a player via trade or free agency, when in reality, they’re so far away from actually doing so. I need you to understand how alarming that is to have happened multiple times now.
