@Starbucks whenever I try to sign in on the website, it says my username/password is incorrect. I even changed my password but it still says my login info is incorrect

@snapchatsupport snapchat is down and I’m trying to keep a streak going. I hope you’ll consider giving users a pass and keep their streaks going without charging them

@dunkindonuts can you add a feature to the app that shows when items are unavailable. I ordered munchkin donuts yesterday but wasn't told the store was out of stock until they gave me my drink order.

@Target is there a reason why this coupon was listed as unavailable and I wasn’t able to use it even though it said it was good through today (the 16th) and I wanted to use it yesterday (the 15th)?

@dunkindonuts I had contacted your support recently because I had an issue with an order. I received an email back saying that money was added to the card in my Dunkin account, however, I never received that money

@Starbucks @StarbucksCare do mobile orders no longer get the red cup if they order a holiday beverage? Or do you have to ask for it? The store I ordered from had red cups stacked up behind the counter but not set out with the ordered drinks

@dunkindonuts please remove the dunkalatte as an option to order in the app if it’s not available. I ordered it only to find out when I arrived they don’t have it, and they offered a normal latte instead, which costs 50 cents less than what I paid

@StarbucksCare I ordered through the app this morning and used stars to get the drink. The app notified me that my drink was ready but it hadn’t been made yet. I waited another 10 minutes but had to leave so I wouldn’t be late to work.

@StarbucksCare I had a 50% off coupon that had the 18th (today) listed as the expiration date but it is no longer available in my app.

@StarbucksCare I’m trying to upload a gift card to my account but it keeps saying “sorry, something went wrong on our end”. I’d like to be able to add it since money was spent on it

@GiantEagle I was using a coupon at self checkout and scanned it and inserted it into the slot but it said I never inserted it and added the money back to my total, so I ended up losing a coupon since I placed it in the slot

@askpanera I ordered a bagel and coffee yesterday through the app for pick up. My coffee drink was on the shelf but not my bagel. I didn’t see an employee nearby at the register to ask and I had to leave to go to work and didn’t get my bagel

@AskTarget why do the circle bonuses require so much money to be spent to earn the reward? I recently earned a $20 reward but just found out it was reversed because I had to return an item that didn’t fit (the size on the hanger was different than the actual size). So frustrating

@AskTarget every time I try to add or check the balance of a gift card I get locked out of my account and have to change my password. This is really frustrating and I’m tired of changing my password and don’t want to change it

@AskTarget I tried to use a gift card online but was told it was not valid when entering the card and access numbers. Is there any way to check if it was properly activated? It was a gift and I hate to bother the person and ask them for the receipt.

@StarbucksCare I only received half of my order. I had ordered a drink and chocolate covered graham crackers and used 100 stars to redeem the crackers but only received the drink

@ChipotleTweets I ordered a taco as well as some chips and queso and had a free birthday chips and side reward that I used. When I got home I noticed there was no queso in my bag. The online support was no help and just said they couldn’t help me at this time

@Starbucks are the reusable red cups for red cup day the same as the ones last year?
