Last week @JessLozanoS and I got burritos at @lataqueriasf and I cannot stop thinking about how incredible it was ... Boston does not even come close😭

@michelleefang A constant pull and push between "I need to co-work to force myself to do the annoying parts of the job" and "I am avoiding the annoying work to chat"

@MorganBarrettX @KylieBourjaily @theinnocrew @jayparekh510 Nice! I just moved to Boston and looking for my startup network. Do you all have dates for November yet?
English

So pumped to make Boston Tech Breakfast Club a monthly meetup
Great energy and really smart people doing interesting things
Come hang in November
@theinnocrew/@KylieBourjaily and @jayparekh510 are the best
InnoCrew@theinnocrew
Incredible turnout at our first #techbreakfastclub event in Boston! Pics to come.

@waseem So true. Especially because the engineering salaries hit the bottom line no matter what.
English

@waseem Ran one for a few years. The tech-enabled part never seems to do deliver as much value as I thought it was going to.

@Mdtower14 @myles_cooks @MeganNyvold One day I'll have a great cup of coffee from a Moka Pot. I've never successfully done it.
English

@myles_cooks @MeganNyvold It’s a Moka Pot! It’s tricky to get the hang of, but rewarding when you get it right. A much lighter flavor of almost-espresso (steamed coffee, but not at the same pressure of a modern espresso machine)

If you drink coffee every day, why not make it the best it can possibly be?
Buy really good beans from a quality roaster, grind them yourself, and take a few minutes to slow down and make yourself a pour-over.
Your whole experience and appreciation of coffee will change.
For so many people, coffee is just a functional beverage. Something to be made as quickly as possible for energy and convenience.
I'm here to convince you to slow down and discover the joy of great coffee.
Coffee is endlessly fascinating. There are more aromatic and flavor compounds in coffee than there are in wine. There's incredible diversity and terroir for different regions and varietals. You can constantly try new beans and discover interesting new flavors and hone in on your personal preferences.
AND, great coffee doesn't have to be a chore. I make a pour-over every morning and it takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish.
Can't recommend it enough.

@aviflombaum Ctrl for meee
This simple change fixed my RSI ~15 years ago

@Mdtower14 @sethodell @higheredlive which is particularly annoying because I *love* producing audio content and hate writing!
English

90% of podcasts don’t get past episode 3.
That’s a wild stat.
Makes me proud of what we built with @higheredlive, shipping over 100 episodes from 2010 - 2012.
One of these days I gotta write and reflect on the early days of building that.
What a special time and place.

@justingordon212 all about the network! Also our VCs helped us out at my last company
