Hi, @WestMidRailway, I am lodging a formal complaint. Despite holding a valid ticket, I was forcibly ejected from your train over an inadvertently expired attendant railcard. I immediately offered to buy a replacement on the spot, but your lack of onboard WiFi made it impossible. Your staff member behaved with outrageous aggression, treated me like a criminal, and removed my bags without permission. This is typical of modern Britain: fare dodgers roam freely while decent, paying passengers are singled out for disgraceful abuse. You should be deeply ashamed. Your franchise deserves to be stripped at the first opportunity.

⭕️Magdala Street @belfastcc = 24 surveys issued on Magdala Street. They got 1 response, and it was a yes. That was then recorded as just 4% support for Irish language street signage. What they don’t mention is the other 23 houses simply did not respond but those non-responses are effectively being used to suppress the true level of support. My figures = I went door to door on Magdala Street myself. 24 surveys, 12 said yes, 5 could not properly answer due to language barriers, and 7 did not answer the door. That means every response I got from the residents who could clearly engage with the question expressed support. This is now the second Belfast City Council survey I’ve personally checked and found to be misleading. The problem is not lack of support for the Irish language, it’s a survey process that treats lack of engagement as lack of demand. I will keep doing this until it is acknowledged. @gordonlyons1

In my experience, they’ll contact you within days to offer a deal.
