@British_Airways@British_Airways I wish I could however your system has closed the tracking down because @ecourierair only delivered 1 of my 2 cases.. thankfully they still kept the case open. I still wait for it to arrive so the frustration goes on

@British_Airways@ecourierair day5 update… finally this morning @ecourierair contacted me via DM asking for reference number and despite telling me at 1pm that they were working to assign a driver to deliver bag today, nothing has happened so I guess into day 6 we go 🤬🤬
@British_Airways@ecourierair your incompetence is amazing BA washing their hands of everything and @ecourierair it would really be helpful if you answer emails or calls as I am still missing a bag which you say is out for delivery but showing as at your depot… SORT IT OUT

@ecourierair@British_Airways Thank you for coming back to me… yes I am still waiting for my 2nd bag to be delivered despite your website initially saying it was out for delivery and your driver saying he had to leave behind yday but it still says it is at depot… day 5 and I just want my case back
@British_Airways@ecourierair so you finally deliver 1 case out of 2 but all notifications were muddled up and driver informed me that he did not have enough room for 2nd case. So wait goes on… please sort it out
@British_Airways@ecourierair another morning comes and still no concrete info re my cases. Of course no one to speak to and it’s now 84hrs since my bags were not delivered. AirTags tell me where they are. SORT IT OUT

@jn100 Hi Joel. We're sorry for the delay in getting back to you and to hear this. If your bags are with the courier, you will need to contact the courier directly for an update. Imogen
@British_Airways@ecourierair had no update as when cases will be delivered so just went on web and saw it says 1 has a dlv ETA 13.20 15.20 on 18th but nothing has turned up and no idea when 2nd case is being delivered. Can I pls be updated
@British_Airways@British_Airways@ecourierair I see my bags have moved to two different locations and I have notification that 1 is being prepared for delivery but I trust @ecourierair have different storage units and the other 1 is ok as they have the same reference number so little concerned

@British_Airways@HeathrowAirport absolute chaos in T5… arrived last night from Larnaca and told no luggage will come through. Told to come back this morning to collect but now not allowed and may have to wait upto a week for it to be delivered. Sort it out
