If we receive your bag before 14:00 and you’re within our same day delivery area, we’ll deliver it back to you on that very same day 🚚
Outside that area, bags are delivered next working day, along with any bags received after 14:00 📦

Hello @vueling and @HeathrowAirport. Your service provider @ecourierair has been unable to deliver the bags to a children’s boarding school with 24/7 presence. No amount of calls and emails have made any material difference. See below please.

Still no resolution and no response from @HeathrowAirport , meanwhile @vueling and @ecourierair keep sending circular messages without any sincere attempt at resolution @EUpassengers is this a normal passenger experience? What is my recourse please?

My daughter’s return to boarding school has turned into a nightmare thanks to @vueling and @HeathrowAirport that misplaced her luggage on 4th Jan and @ecourierair have not been able to deliver from their warehouse since the 6th morning. Her MEDICATION is in the bag but who cares?

Yes - but only if the delivery destination is within our Same Day delivery radius.
If you live outside of the radius, expect delivery Mon-Fri.

If we receive your bag before 2pm, it'll go out for same day delivery.
Our delivery windows are:
