🎓Last Nov 22nd I defended my PhD at @IBBTEC . Huge thanks to family and friends, to my evaluators (@joadelas, @Remeseiro_Lab, @jucaacoco) and to my thesis director @RadaIglesiasLab. A day full of surprises I’ll keep in my heart forever. Never imagined I'd enjoy this day so much!

But why can't this damage just be repaired? 🥚🧬💥 We show why aged oocytes accumulate more DNA damage and also discover a network of DNA repair compartments! Read more below 👇
