Multiple industrial snow removers with fleets of dump trucks to haul snow off of Providence streets worked all night and will continue to remove snow around the clock in the days ahead. The parking ban remains in effect so those crews can effectively clear streets.

Construction of the new Mount Pleasant High School in Providence is officially underway! This isn't just a new building; it's a monumental step in our commitment to provide 100% of @pvdschools students with access to high-quality learning spaces.

Every child in Providence deserves access to high-quality spaces to learn, grow and thrive. Today, using feedback from our neighbors we broke ground on an $8.7 million renovation project at the Davey Lopes Recreation Center. These renovations will make this facility more modern, safe and accessible and are part of nearly $22 million of recreation center investments across Providence.
