@joe124inf @factpostnews The DNI was serving as an O-5 in the Army Reserve as recently as a few months ago — you’d think that policy might have come up at some point

@YoungLords_org @factpostnews Handling of classified information is governed by EOs. I made my comment because their line of questioning was directed at DoD policy when it should have been focused on EOs. There’s significant policy overlap between agencies but they still all have their own policies.
