Today, CMS notified Governor Walz and the state of Minnesota that we are deferring an additional $91 million in federal Medicaid funding. This follows a pattern we can’t ignore. From the “Learing Center” scandal to the recent DOJ action involving childcare centers, Minnesota’s Medicaid program has shown serious vulnerabilities to fraud. These are not isolated breakdowns—they point to systemic issues that must be addressed. Here’s the reality: the federal government funds roughly half of Medicaid. That gives CMS both the authority and the responsibility to ensure those dollars are spent legally and appropriately. When they’re not, we act. Earlier this year, after auditing Q4 FY2025 billing, we deferred over $250 million. Of the $91 million deferred: • $76 million is tied to 14 service categories highly vulnerable to fraud • $14 million involves program integrity concerns, including payments for ineligible individuals We’re giving Governor Walz as much support as we can to turn this around. However, we cannot and will not pay bad bills so we’re asking for more information from Minnesota to verify these bills. CMS will continue using every tool available to protect Medicaid’s integrity—because this program must serve the most vulnerable Americans, while honoring the trust of taxpayers. NEW: Hundreds of thousands of dollars were stolen from NASCAR legend Greg Biffle's accounts very soon after he and his family died in a plane crash in North Carolina. Authorities now believe that the fraud and robbery may have been an "inside job." Biffle went viral during Hurricane Helene for helping stranded people. According to investigators, someone used Biffles' personal info to access his financial accounts and transferred funds. Almost immediately after the tragedy that killed Biffle, his wife, and his children, suspicious activity began taking place on his family's email accounts and bank accounts. This included changes to emails, phone numbers, and passwords, according to WSOC TV. Just hours after the plane crash, an email was sent to Biffle's email account that said: "I heard you're dead, rest in hell." His home was also robbed. $30,000 in cash, handguns, and NASCAR memorabilia were stolen. Detectives say that the burglary and fraud may have been coordinated and reliant on "insider" knowledge. According to surveillance footage, a woman is seen walking through his home. She appeared to know where the security cameras were placed. Detectives claim to have identified someone who matches the woman's description. She was reportedly identified during a celebration of life ceremony for the Biffle family. Insane how evil people can be.

The thought of Anthony Fauci facing criminal charges for his crimes against humanity fills me with joy and rage. He cannot escape culpability for what he did to this country, especially to our kids. Anthony Fauci looked Congress in the eye and lied under oath about funding research tied to a pandemic killing millions of people worldwide, which he then used as justification to shut down our country. Former President Biden issued a blanket autopen pardon to Fauci on his final day in office covering unspecified offenses dating back to 2014. We have serious questions about the validity of the pardon. The American people deserve to know what was really happening when they were forced into quarantine, masked and forcibly vaccinated in some cases. David Morens, a former senior NIAID official who worked directly under Dr. Fauci, has been indicted. This mishandling came from the top. The investigation should start there too.

We didn’t just save the midterms today. We potentially saved the next 3+ decades of American prosperity. If Republicans control DC during the 2030 Census, at least 10-15 seats will be reallocated from blue states to red states. Add in mass deportations over the next 4 years and that number may climb to over 20. The Democrat Party as it currently stands all but ceases to exist as a national party. Now throw in Voter ID and election fraud prosecutions and we have a truly 60-40 GOP country for many years.
