If you’re disabled or need assistance at #KansaiAirport #Osaka, be warned — Terminal 1 has no seating support. Info desk offered no help and told me to go downstairs. Bags take up most seats. Disappointing, especially during an expo. Good luck if you need real support.

Hey @Wise, why does it now take 4 days to send GBP to my own verified Thai bank account? It used to be instant, or at worst a few hours. Yet transfers to other people’s Thai accounts still arrive in minutes. Even my UK bank can do it in under 2 hours using your rails.

What is up with transfers currently @Wise ? Last few transfer have taken anything from 7 to 48 hours when they all used to take seconds. Fees have increased but service has declined!

Disappointed with @IKEA Thailand. Reported a broken ÆLEBY chair on 19 Feb—it's covered by a 10-year guarantee—but still no action, just one vague reply after a month. Called & emailed multiple times. What’s going on? This is not the service I expected. #IKEA #Thailand

Since paying for and getting @foodpanda #Thailand #unlimited free delivery it’s cost more to get delivery free and their #peak pricing is now always on! Login without an account and it is way cheaper and less #peaktime

It’s time to move on from @Wise. First, they increased their #fees for transfers to #Thailand. Now, they take days to process payments while holding your #money without any clear communication, just a vague ‘it’s taking longer than usual’ message.

Why is it that in Bangkok, @boltapp drivers who accept rides are always further away and take longer to arrive than the actual ride itself? I’ve waited over 40 minutes for a car that was only supposed to take me 30 minutes away!

The @ITVX app is absolutely appalling. Slow, crashes and takes 30-60 seconds to start an advert in between breaks in the programme.
