@DetroitRedWings I remember watching the first game at LCA on TV at the golf course I worked at. That was ten years ago when I was like a sophomore in high school. I’m now over two years out of college and not ONE playoff appearance in that same span. What a disgrace to the winged wheel.

Good morning @NWSIWX. Just checking out the DAT this morning for recent tornadoes and noticed the entire EF-1 damage swath from the Three Rivers tornado back on March 6th is labeled as April 3rd. Just giving you a heads up in the event you happened to notice it disappeared. 😉

@RidenourDamian @MiStormChasers There’s literally nothing to own up to. There was no hype, and the in-house forecast maps from MSC denoted a 15-34% chance of severe wind and hail. Last I checked it’s 34% ≠ 100%. We can only do so much for those who don’t understand how probability works.

3:55 pm EDT Radar Update - The front is our last chance at severe weather for this evening, circled in white, unless a few more cells can pop up out ahead. Gusty winds, small hail, and flooding are all ongoing, especially in the vicinity of the red and pink shades on radar. At the moment though, all storms are below severe criteria. Arrows denote motion. The good news here is our shield of rain in southern Michigan has helped stabilize the atmosphere to prevent early afternoon thunderstorms so far, which was a possibility we mentioned in last night's briefing. Our tornado threat has diminished immensely, and damaging winds appear to be the leading factor (if anything) this evening. We will be live if or when any severe warnings are issued. If you are north of the front circled, severe chances are done for you today.
