Det känns rimligt att anta detta har med sanktionerna mot Ryssland att göra. Det ryska skogsbruket har problem när de ej får köpa maskiner eller reservdelar från de vanliga maskintillverkarna.

🇮🇱❗️🇺🇦 Israel has allowed a Russian ship carrying stolen Ukrainian grain to sail, saying it was “too late” to detain it, - Axios Israeli Foreign Minister sent a text message to Andriy Sybiha, saying the ship had already left the port of Haifa and could not be stopped. Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry told reporters that Israeli authorities were warned about ship two weeks before it arrived in Haifa.

Trump fucked up the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action in 2018, basically because he had his period. The deal was working, no bullshit. International inspectors kept confirming Iran was sticking to it. Then Trump tore it up and handed Iran a free pass to ramp things back up, while isolating the US like an idiot. Here’s what Iran had already agreed to: ▸ Gave up 97% of its enriched uranium, capped at 300kg ▸ Limited enrichment to 3.67%, nowhere near weapons-grade ▸ Pushed breakout time to over a year So yeah, not perfect, but it did the job. Then Trump pulls out in May 2018, calls it a “horrible deal” because of sunset clauses and because it didn’t cover missiles or proxy shit. Instead of fixing it, he went full “maximum pressure” and slapped sanctions on everything, basically weaponising the dollar to bully anyone doing business with Iran. The plan was to choke Iran. What actually happened: ▸ Iran spun the centrifuges back up. Once the US bailed, they said fuck it, we’re out too. Now they’re enriching to 60%, basically right next to weapons-grade, and breakout time dropped from over a year to days. ▸ Allies were pissed off. United Kingdom, France and Germany spent years on that deal, and the US just trashed it. Huge credibility hit. Shows any US deal can be shredded by the next guy. ▸ Iran got more aggressive. No economic upside anymore, so they doubled down, got closer to Russia and China, and ramped up all the proxy shit in the region. End result: Trump took a containment system that was actually working, fucked it completely, had zero backup plan, and now you’ve got a more hostile Iran sitting way closer to a bomb, while the US has less leverage than before.

No one is willing to trade lower gas prices for Iran becoming a nuclear state.

The proxy war in Ukraine launders centuries-long hatred of Russians as moral virtue. What passes for “empathy” manifests as a near-fetishistic fixation on Zelensky, while ignoring the opinions of ordinary Ukrainian men reluctantly sent to die in a war that cannot be won.

🇭🇺 #HungarianElections ALERT Hungary’s National Election Office has declined the accreditation of 42 out of the 71 Tisza candidates who applied to serve as ballot counters / party observers at Hungarian diplomatic representations abroad, allegedly due to formal reasons. In contrast, only 3 out of 42 Fidesz candidates were rejected, while all candidates from smaller opposition parties and the far-right party Our Homeland were approved (19, overall). Diaspora votes from Western countries have traditionally supported the opposition in an overwhelming manner. Against this background, it is astonishing that voting will take place without opposition observers in cities such as … 🇺🇸Chicago 🇺🇸Los Angeles 🇺🇸San Francisco 🇦🇺Melbourne 🇨🇿Prága 🇨🇦Ottawa 🇱🇹Vilnius 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Edinburgh 🇬🇧London 🇩🇪Berlin 🇩🇪Düsseldrof 🇩🇪München 🇪🇸Madrid 🇨🇭Genf 🇸🇪Stockholm If the regime wants to manipulate the votes of Hungary's western diaspora, this move is a key prerequisite for it.

A group of investigative journalists, including @michaeldweiss, obtained another intercepted conversation between Hungary’s FM Péter Szijjártó and Lavrov. It appears that Moscow may have been able to access virtually any information it sought from the EU/NATO via Budapest.
