Completely stranded by @DHL_es @DHLExpress & @bikecomponents. Paid €300 for an order needed for an event this weekend. Tracking says it's going back to Germany but no one came to my house. No replies to emails or phone. Who is going to fix this? 🛑

I had a terrible experience with the service. I ordered dinner, was charged, but the rider arrived without my food. I didn’t get my order or my money back. I ended up paying for nothing and going hungry. Unacceptable!@Deliveroo @DeliverooHelp

This is so disrespectful @AmazonHelp. I've been calling and emailing customer support for 10 days and I'm not getting any solution. I cannot even get my money back. Absurd, very unprofessional and unsatisfactory
