Delays happen. Mechanical failures are understandable. Lack of communication or answers: unacceptable. It’s been well over a year since I flew with @united and after today it will probably be much much longer.

I’m done rushing book projects, pushing myself to release a certain number of projects a year or hit specific deadlines. Projects get done when they get done - and are the best they can be.
