It's absolutely fucking wild to me that even with quality private insurance, I can be put in a situation that fundamentally hurts my health. So disappointed in @CalPERS.

Worst customer experience of my life. @CalPERS switching PBMs to @CVSCaremark dropped medicine I'd taken for years; no transition plan, denials, DMHC complaint, zero help. My doc documents medical necessity and they respond with cruelty. Moving at open enrollment. Absolute worst.

@TMobileHelp I purchased a Pixel 9a second-hand that is fully paid off. I confirmed with the seller that it was used on T-Mobile previously, but it is still carrier-locked. Since the device is paid off and the prior owner met the usage requirements, can you help me at all?

@CarMax Hi! When I got my vehicle in 2020 I got MaxCare with the understanding and promise I could take it to a CarMax Service Center to have it repaired without a deductible. I was told by the Roseville CarMax that you no longer serve MaxCare claims at the Service Center. True?
