Still can’t believe all of this happened in the last 10 weeks: - became an AI engineer - grew a startup from 0 to 200k ARR in 4 weeks - worked w/ with some of the most talented, brilliant, & gritty humans I’ve ever met - got 5-9x faster at dev work - produced a few million lines of code. deleted much more - “starred” in a reality show - 16 interviews across 7 really cool companies - found my tribe Thanks again to everyone @gauntletai for making all of this possible… see you soon to recruit from cohort 4 😉🚀 @ashtilawat @Austen

I just built a Claude Code SEO agent that replaces your $200/mo. Ahrefs subscription 🤯 One prompt → keyword gaps found, competitors mapped, content written in your brand voice, rankings tracked on autopilot. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who know SEO matters but never have the bandwidth to actually do it consistently. If you're paying $200/month for Ahrefs & SEMRush, opening it once to export a CSV, then closing it until next month... This agent runs the entire loop for you: → Connects to Google Search Console and pulls your real ranking data → Finds your "gap zone" — keywords at positions 5–20, one article away from page 1 → Uses Apify to scrape who's outranking you and exactly why they're winning → Interviews you once about your brand, customers, and positioning → Writes content in your voice — not generic AI output that tanks after 90 days → Tracks rankings weekly and feeds what's working back into the next cycle No $200/month tools you barely open. No freelancers writing content that sounds like everyone else. No manually checking rankings and forgetting to act on it. What you get: → Keyword cards with a specific action recommendation for each gap zone opportunity → A competitive breakdown — who's beating you and the exact fix for each keyword → A weekly content plan generated from your real GSC data → A brand voice profile Claude uses for every article it writes Built 100% in Claude Code with Google Search Console. Full playbook is on GitHub — skill files, brand interview, and the exact weekly workflow. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "SEO" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I started my first job in a decade. Last fall, @CameronSorsby reached out to ask if I could do a workshop at @AlphaSchoolATX on vibe coding. I had a blast, and was blown away by how sharp and entrepreneurial the students were. Cameron and I kept talking, discussing his plans to expand Alpha’s entrepreneurial and AI education, and the more we talked the more I realized I had to be a part of it. This week I officially joined as the “Head of Founder Development.” I’m working on expanding the high school’s AI and entrepreneurship curriculum, along with a much bigger project for the Fall I’ll be able to share soon. With young kids of my own and my deep frustration with the education system, @jliemandt and Alpha’s mission is one I’m extremely passionate about and thrilled to be a part of. If anyone is going to fix education, it’s us. Can’t wait to share more on what we’re building.

can we plz settle on what a "harness" is quickly harness == the coding agent (claude code, codex, etc) apparatus == the stuff you build around the coding agent (backpressure, mcp, ralph wiggum, etc etc) i'm tired of this blurry line where ppl use "harness" to mean both the agent and the stuff you build around it

I'm so tired. But grateful. I spent my week talking to dozens of business owners and executives diving head-first into OpenClaw. No two personas were exactly the same--we had some that I expected: VCs, tech executives, and finance bros. But others ran oil companies, healthcare companies, and I even spoke to a magician. I've done so many setups, and have watched people's eyes light up when they start realizing what is possible. These are smart people--every single one of them had some creative way they wanted to use OpenClaw, and they almost always succeeded with a bit of help. Some wanted to manage dozens of agents handling their entire business, and making expensive agencies obsolete. Others wanted a particular workflows done. All of them wanted to be educated on the possibilities, and how to push what's possible without sacrificing security. Now our slack is filled with some of the most interesting people in the world, and all I have to do is listen to them as I build the product. I will never get tired of that.

nano banana pro + n8n = 500+ production-ready ads per week most brands test 5-10 ad concepts per week and pray one hits meanwhile brands like @ridgewallet are testing 200+ daily, feeding the algo more data, and winning. this automation closes that gap here's how it works: - watches your competitors' facebook ads (@adrian_horning_) and scores them by performance (days running × variations = money printers) - feeds winners to @GeminiApp to decode the psychology (emotional hooks, visual strategy, social proof angles) - rebuilds that psychology for your brand with @NanoBanana - generates variations with your exact colors, fonts, and voice delivers 200+ options for your team to curate your creative team stops producing from scratch. they curate and elevate the best perfect for dtc brands, agencies, and growth teams who need creative volume without sacrificing quality want the complete 3-part automation with workflow files? comment ADS + like this post (must be following so i can dm you)

Graph search research slowed when LLM research started taking over the last several years. Crossing my fingers for a big comeback there. I believe a combination of vector + graphics search is the final boss for memory / context. Skill graphs are IMO a fantastic primitive for enhanced discoverability in powerful agents (>13 skill). With how powerful foundation models are, there’s no need for “playing house” as @dexhorthy puts it. Minimal instructions with specific keywords are enough to bring out the strongest judgment of a model - think like “prove your work” - validate / invalidate findings” - “use data tracing to confirm data flows” I’ve found all of those with minimal prompting dramatically outperform long pre-prompts for >80% of software engineering tasks I assign to agents. With a bank of solid skills and the ability to access them, these prompts lead to regular one-shot successes in context gathering, planning, & implementation.

Realistically this will be a great business opportunity for decades to come. Even when this tech goes mainstream, business owners will still pay thousands per month for setup/maintenance. It's the same reason any internet-related services still exist. The tech has been around for 20+ years but the average business owner doesn't want to learn it themselves. Never been a better time to be an AI operator.

I might need to put the bat signal up and call back all the @gauntletai grads working in ed-tech to build an open source AI tutor for system design. Systems thinking is the skill in agentic engineering and we need an app like Math Academy for it.

One of the most important questions for founders is: How do I make sure agents know about my product and service and choose it? All the old tricks won’t work. People who figure this out will win big

Cohort 4 of @gauntletai starts tomorrow. I’m f'kin excited for this one. We’re raising the bar. The challenges are harder. The expectations are higher. We have more hiring partners involved. We’re also launching our first Gauntlet for America challengers. They’re training for high-stakes roles in the public sector. This cohort is a step forward for us. Let’s get to work.

Are there any existing communities of people building with OpenClaw at the Engineer level? This could be in Austin, Texas or online (Discord). I've joined 3 online communities, and they're flooded by non-technical people. NO HATE to the non-technical people using Claude Code and OpenClaw! Mad props, in fact. I'm looking for people who are training local models, doing full openclaw rebuilds, and connecting openclaw to IoT and Robotics (@Austen). If this is where you're at, please let me know. @__douglasgreen, do you know anyone?

Excited to see @KellyClaudeAI officially walking around the @gauntletai office. Will be interesting to see if she can program her own Unitree body without any human input.
Austen Allred@Austen

Gonna wire up @KellyClaudeAI to the humanoid robot tomorrow. Will mostly be a party trick but will be fun. Today (outside of normal work stuff) I'm working on Marketing Factory. I think that might be a generally applicable product, not just for me/Kelly.
