@Virgin @virginhotels I got 24000 virgin red points as a "good will gesture" for sitting in someone's puke on a a full return flight from las vegas. Tried to book a hotel for one night in uk the points don't cover the cost and the hotel doesn't have a room available if paying by VRP. Not surprised!!!

No seats to swap, cabin crew would not clean it up. The smell was horric. Clothes, bags skipped. My child puked due to the smell. Amazing 👏

@VirginAtlantic 2 years ago i flew with VA my seat-table-floor covered in vomit from prev flight. Sat in puke for 9 hours which was horrific on a night flight home from florida I was given 25k virgin red points, told to the value of 2 flights.

Never mind we received amazing virgin red points to the value of £140.00. At the time of accepting i was told the value would equal 2 flights to florida The bags that were skipped cost more than £140.00!!!

@VirginRed best seat on the plane. Seat is wrapped with a red cloth on top of vomit. Table covered in vomit and i was given wet wipes to clean it up myself. No other seats available therefore me and my family forced to sit in puke for 9hrs. Wifes bag binned sat in vomit on floor
