We’re making progress on a bill that would allow President Trump to impose sanctions on countries continuing to prop up Russia through cheap oil purchases. This would give President @realDonaldTrump another powerful tool to lead on the world stage and put America’s interests first.

@DefiyantlyFree @autocorrect2_0 That sounds nice but even scripture itself does not claim this and gives examples of people who read scripture constantly but both fell to propaganda and and participated in it.

You know how you can protect your mind against propaganda? Read Scripture every day. Thirty minutes to an hour. That’s all you need.

@RepKiley I am not sure the Federal government should prevent states from taxing... I suppose there may be a Federal reason for not taxing a certain product but we have to be careful with that.

Yes, his entire post, especially the significant slogan for Muslims was severe mockery. I certainly would not have said what he said. But then I don’t know that I would be successful against Iran if I was president. I am not a fan of foul language and of course there is some scripture about foul language but those scriptures are primarily about not talking bad about one another and not talking about filthy topics. Trumps word choices certainly could fit into that realm however I don’t believe the context does…. In some respects (the less important ones in my opinion) Trump does not behave like a christian. In other respects, he has done much for Christianity and even the spreading of the Gospel indirectly. The problem with wanting a president that acts like a christian is that is what you will get because they want your vote… but behind the scenes they will be far from what you see publicly. Also, even a real good christian can be a poor leader. Trump is not perfect but neither are you or I. I can’t support every statement he makes but I can back his over all policy and can support him and certainly must pray for him.

@En_Plein_Aire @RandPaul So the solution is “just pass another law”? American already fund thousands of laws on the books. Enforcement isn’t the problem selective enforcement is. If Washington can choose when rules apply, what exactly does your new law fix?

One compromise/ reform that could end the standoff of DHS funding: ICE agents henceforth won’t wear masks in any situation where other law enforcement officers don’t wear masks, courthouses, the streets of our cites, etc. Masks are reserved for the lawless zone along the border where the cartels dominate.
