@talk2ebby Today's Bible passage Luke 18:35. Man was blind and begging, Luke 18:41, Jesus asks him to make a choice, and man says that I may see. Nigerians a choice is before you today to receive alms or to see. The choice is yours, take 5k and be blind for next 4 to 8 years or..... Choose

Your mother and your sister made your wife lose her job on her first day at work because your mother wanted your wife to cook pounded yam for her for breakfast, deliberately making her late for work and getting her fired. And you were still giving them last warning? Lmao 😂

She was the kind of friend who only remembered you when she needed an introduction. I had connections, she had ambition, and for years I was the bridge. Every time "please can you link me to so so and so." Every time I delivered. Fast forward to one day that I really needed her to vouch for me for one opportunity like that. Just one o?! She said she didn't want to "mix friendship with professional things." I said nothing. I just locked up. No wam naw😊 but I was sha pained ngl. Six months later she needed another introduction. A big one. The kind that could change her career and I had exactly that contact to make it happen. I smiled, told her I'd handle it, and then introduced someone else to the opportunity instead. She found out. She called me screaming. I said "I didn't want to mix friendship with professional things." Then I blocked her on everything.

I had a strange and vivid dream overnight... 😇 I was a tourist attending an event in an African country. The president of the country was chairing the event — a young, energetic leader, unlike the older relics in power today.🙄 Suddenly, gunmen took over the event, and they were looking for the president. Miraculously, God used me to save him. I led the president and one of his assistants through a route that no one else knew about. Fast forward, as l was leaving the event after the gunmen had been captured, the assistant saw me and told me that the president wanted to see me... Then I appeared before the president and some of his officials, and he said, ‘This is the Nigerian who saved me'. When God speaks, He speaks because there is an ability behind His words... God speaks in different ways! I woke up and checked my alarm, and I realized that I had slept through my prayer time until 7:30 a.m... 😂

I attended a wedding last month. They are already headed for divorce. Here is what happened. Since they got married, this March was the very first time the wife received her salary. The husband's immediate response was to ask her to transfer everything into his account. She said no, but made it clear she was willing to fully support the home without holding back. The man was not interested in that arrangement. He wants total control of her money. Both families have stepped in to settle the matter. Nobody is backing down. Above all, love God.

Nigeria Bleeds Arriving back from my visit to Kano this evening, I received disturbing news and images from Jos of a painful attack at the Angwa Rukuba area, Jos North, Plateau State. The recurring loss of innocent lives in Plateau State reminds us, yet again, of the insecurity innocent citizens face in our nation without any protection. These continuous devastating headlines are a reminder of a nation that is steadily normalising the loss of its own people. It is unacceptable that these attacks happen with such frequency, and even more unacceptable that there seems to be no decisive, sustained strategy to end them. No nation or leader normalises tragedy. The safety of Nigerian lives must become non-negotiable, we cannot continue to mourn what should have been prevented. Enough is enough. My heart goes out to the families who have lost loved ones. May the souls of the departed rest in peace, and their memories never be forgotten. I pray that we get a country where the loss of lives is no longer a recurring reality. We cannot continue like this. -PO

@jpattueyi You people who respond to such animals are strong. As the known narrative "what would Otti have done differently" has expired, they are looking to create other narratives. But God suppose dey punish them faster shabif not for HIS mercies

Let’s deal in facts, not propaganda. It is true that the Aba Integrated Power Project didn’t start with Alex Otti. It dates back to the Orji Uzor Kalu era and took nearly 20 years to materialize. But rewriting history won’t help either. This wasn’t a “Tinubu came and fixed everything in 2023” situation. The project survived multiple administrations, delays, and regulatory bottlenecks before finally being commissioned under Bola Ahmed Tinubu's regime. Saying Otti “did nothing” is absolute nonsense. Otti didn’t start the project. But he helped fund it when it was dying and helped finish it when it was stuck. And he, eventually, was the governor to commission and rollout it out. Alex has clearly shown that 3 years is enough to make an impact. The question now is, is your life better today than it was 3 years ago?
Ansem Edet@ansem_edet

Before Obidients kill us with propaganda and their Otti worship, the Abia integrated power project was first conceived in 2004 by Orji Uzor, it was delayed but construction started in 2008, phase one was completed in 2013 It stalled again for a few years due to regulatory problems until 2023 when Tinubu became president and made every amendment possible to bring it home, Otti didn’t do a lot tbh but I’m happy for the people of Abia

@Nobsdaslushhkid Missed for 24 years. Saying "for years" would not explain it fully. We suffered in Aba state. Is it the hip of refuse at Ngwa road, abi the useless Port Harcourt road or obohia? He has brought us closer to 2010, hopefully another 4 years, and we would be fully caught up.

I’d like to apologise for hyping Alex Otti. My eyes are now open,I can see beyond the propaganda, and I can tell you this: I was wrong. Alex Otti is not a good governor. In fact, I can see clearly now,he is way better,a fantastic governor, delivering what his people have missed for years.

I was on Facebook for almost an hour and went down the rabbit hole of my friendships and the people connected to them. One picture brought back a memory I had long forgotten. I went to see my friend's kid sister in her room 31 years ago and met her friends. I decided to take them all out for the night. It was a very different experience from those I had before then, as these were very articulate and intelligent law students. One of them really fascinated me, and I liked her. She was one of those types of people you knew deep down was going to be a superstar. She had a grace about her that I couldn't fully articulate. My friend's sister didn't want me dating her friends, so I decided to keep my distance. We still remained good friends. A decade later, she surprisingly married one of my cousins, as many people I really liked usually do. I can't explain it; maybe it was my ancestors, but the number of girls I had really liked and tried to date that ended up in my family is unbelievable. Anyway, I discovered something about her only today that shook me to my marrow. I saw she was celebrating her mum's birthday and discovered her mum is an older sibling of another close friend. I never realized her aunt was my friend all the time I have known her. I only just put the two people together because I went down the rabbit hole. What is even more fascinating is that I didn't know she was of dual ethnicity. These were two people I didn't link together until just this morning. The web of relationships we have is much more tightly woven than we think. Putting the two relationships together, along with my family angle, has revealed much more I hadn't understood about past events. The mind is very powerful, but it needs prompts just like AI to form a picture from patterns. Everything already exists, but we don't see it until something brings out the pattern. Facebook is no longer as useless as I thought it was, and I have a deeper respect for the social graph now.

Yesterday, Saturday 28th March, I travelled to Aba, Abia State to honour the invitation of the representative of the people Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe and to meet stakeholders of the Africa Democratic Congress (ADC). I thank Senator Abaribe and his team for the warm reception and I thank Governor Alex Otti for the good work he has done in Enyimba City. I had a one-hour interview with Magic fm which is my first interview on the radio and TV this year. I thank the stakeholders of ADC for their warm welcome and the good interaction we had. When I speak about moving the country from consumption to production Aba remains one of the cities that will contribute immensely to that as it remains a home for garment and shoe production. Both products, garments and shoe remains top and earn as much as we earn from oil for Bangladesh and Vietnam respectively and can do so for Nigeria if well managed and supported. Our challenge remains Competent leadership with capacity, compassion, and commitment to the development of our country as it is in other comparable nations. A New Nigeria Is POssible. -PO
