@johnnyb1900 @313Hockey 8 years later and this is the projected lineup. Larkin didn't fail yzerman. Yzerman failed to be a good gm. We needed a 2c and a top left wing badly. Instead we got a guy who has played left wing his whole career lined up to play 2rw, have no 1c and no 2c still.

Here's how the forward lineup looks right now (assuming Kane isn't brought back): DeBrincat-Charmin-Raymond Finnie-Copp-Arvidsson Mazur-Kasper-[open spot] Rasmussen-Compher-[open spot] Lots of room for young player(s) to join, esp. when you move Finnie/Arvidsson around
