the glitch that saved pokemon back in the late 90s, pokémon wasn’t guaranteed to succeed. sales were slow. hype was fading. then the rumours started to spread about one secret pokemon. Shigeki Morimoto secretly added one last pokémon into the game’s code at the very end of development. and that pokemon was mew. magazines started covering it. word of mouth spread everywhere. myth has started to become real. so here are the steps to activate the mew glitch: 1. go to route 25 (above nugget bridge) and find the youngster with a slowpoke. don’t fight him yet. 2. stand just outside his line of sight. step in and press start at the exact same time. 3. if done right, the menu opens before he battles you. use teleport (or fly) to escape to cerulean city. 4. your start button will now be disabled, that means the glitch is active. 5. go battle another trainer nearby and finish the fight completely. 6. now return to route 25.your menu opens by itself. close it. and a wild level 7 mew appears. enjoy fully works at pokemon red and blue.
