@mandydavies54 I also changed my password on desktop via Microsoft edge which was the only place I was able to actually change it

@mandydavies54 I downloaded the outlook app(was using iOS mail) and added a passkey which let me sign in, I got rid of the mail app and now have to use the outlook app but at least I’m in 🤷🏼‍♂️ . Nothing else worked for the iOS mail app

@IrishEyes_34 @MSFT365Status I can get in on the website fine, but the mail app - if I use my number it takes me all the way through sign in, I think it’s worked. And then it takes me back to the first page and doesn’t add my email. But no errors. I’ve downloaded the outlook app and I’m in fine on that.
