@MakisMedicine I think i've shared my findings with you in a comment before? We tested ivermectin in Microglial and PBMCs, measured IL4, IL13 and IFNy. Both m1 and m2 cytokines saw increases but we saw larger increases in IL4 and IL13 aka M2/TAM signals. We stopped there.
