@window_market @Simon_Ingari In the UK normally if your pay day falls on a non working day you'll be paid 'early'. It's also common for pay day to be brought forward to Xmas eve at Christmas so employees can enjoy the holidays. For many that is how 'the big Xmas shop' is paid for.

My mum died yesterday. We were fortunate to be with her in her final hours. Mum managed to keep going until her birthday & we ensured it was a great day. My mum was the best mum in the world, ever. I will miss her terribly. Mum and dad are back together again. Keep safe.

Friend of mine reckons the best looking bike cops are Italian. I’d have to disagree. And, that was after I’d spent 8 hours in the saddle escorting the Olympic torch. Don’t know what she sees in the Italian lads.

@AutoInfatuation The driver over had 90 seconds to see her from that junction as she approached but pulled out hit her as she was passing the junction. She was terrified as she could smell smoke from the airbags but could not get out of the car with 2 broken legs

@AutoInfatuation I'm sorry but my wife had 5 weeks In hospital months of rehab & life long pain after someone came off their phone then drove out of a junction and hit her when she was travelling at 60mph I have no sympathy for anyone who touches a phone, even when stopped.

Now I’ve never liked what this chap stands for and he endures an immense amount of abuse for it which is to be expected I guess. Some of it is utterly abhorrent though that I see directed towards him. But in cases like this I don’t know how to feel, he’s reported and potentially helped to take someone off of our roads who’s clearly been driving uninsured, seemingly untaxed and without a valid MOT because he recorded him on his phone whilst driving and it’s all stacking up, resulting in a ban. None of us want these types of people on the roads, especially when we pay horrendous amounts to run our cars ‘legally’ but I feel this needs to be the Authorities jobs to catch these people not a random bloke on a Bicycle out and about in London 🚲🤷‍♂️

@PatriciaMJ777 @timdavies_uk Yep. Can’t argue with any of that. Emergency driving does not protect you from the law. It’s drummed into you. The first priority is to arrive safely. You can’t help anyone if you don’t get there. It’s harsh, but that’s the deal.

What's people's opinion on this, what if this officer was rushing to help your child - genuine question? It seems the IOPC have gone after this guy and his force have failed to fight for him. @JoPhoenix1 I looked like I was being a with our first lab pup, after advice from a trainer we had very few bites with the second, every time he got a little bitey he was popped in his crate, he would fall asleep instantly and wake up 15 minutes later his normal self
