And in any case, even if Trump himself can't be prosecuted after he leaves office for insider trading, the people paying him for early access to misappropriated public information certainly can (and should) be. In other words, anyone giving Truth Social $100,000 a month (or whatever) for early access to Trump's feed should know that they're opening themselves up to a future SEC and or/DOJ bringing insider-trading charges against them.

If the answer to the question "How is this not illegal?" is that the Supreme Court has declared that presidents have legal immunity for almost anything involving "official acts," that just tells you what a ridiculous, embarrassing decision Trump v. US was.

This is just a fact. You can check my record, I’ve fully acknowledged and condemned Hamas’ killings of Israeli non-combatants, since *those* are well-documented. By contrast, the Hamas rape claims REEK of atrocity propaganda. There is literally no forensic evidence of any kind and it clearly serves the goal of “demonization of the enemy”. Every counterargument is: “You should just assume that Hamas raped Israelis because Hamas is inherently evil. If you disagree, you’re a Jew-hating rape apologist”

Rather, the report said “reasonable grounds” to believe that sexual violence may have occurred, this is not a confirmation based off video evidence
