@MartinSLewis My wife is trying to access her civil service pension but has been unable to log onto the portal. When she calls the telephone number, she is on hold for three hours and ten mins but still stuck in the queue, call never gets answered!!!! Impossible to access her pension!

Are you having issues with the civil service pension, delays or contact difficulties? If so how long has it been going on and what are the problems you face. I'm asking my news team to take a look at it. They'll be going through your responses as part of our research.

@johnvicars Hi John. We can certainly take a look for you. I'd recommend having a chat with our technical team on 150, and they can take a closer look at what's happening and see if we can get it sorted.

My open letter to @RachelReevesMP (cc @Ofcom, @SciTechgovuk) Now O2 has broken the taboo, the big risk is other firms will likely follow suit... the govt must step in to stop mobile, broadband and pay-TV firms increasing prices mid contract by MORE than they said they would when people sign up.
