This might be a long war. If it is a long war the United States should try to win it. The prerequisite for winning it is similar to what would be needed to win a war against China: Complete military reform, drone manufacturing capacity, energy resilience. Let's go.

Trans-Atlantic ties between the US and Europe are "deteriorating rapidly" 2. Trump has expressed "disgust" with European allies for not joining the US-Israeli war against Iran 3. Trump is questioning whether defending Europe serves US interests at all if Europeans do not help American military interventions in the Middle East or elsewhere 4. The White House’s stance is being described as a "break" with American global strategy since WW2 US-NATO relations appear to be at new lows.

A startup idea: every time people say we don’t need to conquer space because there are so many problems here on Earth (and that’s a perfectly valid take that deserves a proper answer), you could automatically hand those people a long list of inventions that unexpectedly emerged as side effects of space programs. The things that have been making human life easier, better, longer, and more comfortable for decades. Not to mention that… you know, among the many terrible things humanity has done throughout its history, space exploration is the most morally unimpeachable path of progress from the past toward the future.

This access change includes Gaza and Lebanon, not just Iran and Gulf states with US bases. Planet has been absolutely amazing, and their imagery has led to dozens of stories/scoops, with Gaza/Lebanon in particular.
