@martyngwperry @ClinLeadWBM I totally agree, I also noticed that there is more conversation rather than just rushing through bullet points, as there is so much to discuss and there does not appear the same approach to conversation online.

@jojobeansalt @ClinLeadWBM It’s a totally different energy isn’t it? A face-to-face storming session followed by a virtual get together plenary session feels like a good balance. If you’re trying to conjure ideas and energy with muted, off camera colleagues it’s just not the same energy!

@martyngwperry @ClinLeadWBM I must say I went to a service mapping day yesterday and there was about 12 of us in a room like the old times. I had the best day feeling energised and motivated from the positivity and ideas for our staff and service moving forward. We need more face to face meetings.

@kyjasonho Our qualified PWPs guide and prepare for step 3 and they have all had additional COD training. Silvercloud is oerscripted so the PWP does not need to be an expert. It’s shown good results and CBT therapist have said it makes a big difference.
