@TravelexUK how are you going to sell me Hungarian Forint at the airport for 304 forint = 1GBP whilst advertising 388.6898 HUF Hungarian Forint = 1 GBP online on the very same day. You’ve literally robbed a customer of over £60 today! How dare you. #thieves

@TravelexUK @Therealchecker7 I see similar at LHR with USD. 1.32 online 1.11 at the counter. You may say on website rates differ but you should make it clear that it's by 16 or 17%

The @thetrainline app is not working today, so cannot login to use the tickets I purchased. Hadto buy replacement ticket so how do I get refund on the unused ones?

@thetrainline Yes reinstalled app. Still would not leet me login.

@thetrainline Would not let me login, and when selecting forgottenmpassword it gave a link to setup a new account, not change the pwd on exiting one which tickets were purchased on.
